After the design and colors are chosen, we proceed with the pile material of the rugs and carpets. Wool is considered to be the best pile material. Besides wool, we make rugs and carpets in silk, viscose, linen, polyester, or may be mix. Any natural yarns are being used, besides polyester, when asked for. 

If you ask for the kind of carpets / rugs we make, its handknotted or Tibetan / Nepalese, handtufted, dhurries, shaggy…whatever you need in floor coverings ask us.

Pile height in handtufted upto 20mm can also be made. 

Pile measure of custom made rugs : Pile measuring 6mm to 20mm depending upon the taste whether you need high pile, plushy rugs or tight woven short pile. 

Raw materials for custom made rugs : Wool and that too New Zealand wool is being used for making the custom rugs / custom carpets. For low budget rugs / carpets, we use blended wool. i.e. New Zealand wool blended with the Indian wool. Silk yarn, viscose yarn, Linen yarn, Banana silk and such other natural and synthetic yarns are also being used in the carpet / rugs.
